COVID-19 Hunger Relief Program - Food and Hygiene Supplies for Orphanages and Poor Communities
Since March 2020, Bodhgayashanthi has been going out to a few orphanages and poor communities around Johannesburg to provide cooked food, groceries, soap, disinfectant, hand sanitizer and masks to help in this difficult pandemic time. We make sure to take every precaution by wearing the appropriate safety gear as well as help explain to the children the safety measures to use such as washing hands, disinfecting surfaces, social distancing, etc. and also left posters with them. We post photos on our Instagram regularly.
